Using Integral Breath Therapy, I guide you through an intentional, somatic breathing practice. These personalized sessions are designed to help release stress, work through emotional and energetic blockages, process unresolved emotions and trauma, and support deep healing and transformation.In a world that constantly overstimulates us, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate greater clarity, balance, and inner peace.

What to expect during a session

1. Set Your Intention
We begin by exploring what you would like to work on and setting an intention for your session.2. Reconnect with Your Breath
We observe your breathing patterns and work to identify and gently correct breathing distortions that may have developed in response to stress, trauma, or difficult past experiences.3. Release & Integrate
Through intentional breathwork and somatic awareness, we work with stored emotional tension and limiting patterns, closing with a period of integration to help you process your experience and reconnect with yourself.

Through an intuitive process of selecting crystals you're naturally drawn to, we create a personal crystal map that offers insight into your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Each stone carries its own unique vibration and symbolism, and the crystals you're attracted to can serve as a starting point for exploring your needs, patterns, and areas for growth.Your crystal map becomes a guide for your personal journey, helping deepen self-awareness and inform our healing work. We can incorporate your chosen stones into breathwork sessions or create personalized crystal jewelry to support your ongoing intention and connection with yourself.

About Sharon

Growing up in a health-focused environment shaped my path toward holistic healing and helping others on their healing journeys. My work is rooted in the teachings of Moises Maimonides, the Rambam, who taught that the body is its own healer when given the right conditions.Understanding that true healing must address the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels led me to Breath Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Sound Healing, Energy Healing, and Crystal Healing.
